No. Operating under suspended or revoked authority is illegal and carries severe penalties including fines up to $25,000 per violation and potential criminal charges. Your cargo insurance is also invalid during suspension, creating massive personal liability.
If your authority is reinstated (not revoked and reapplied), you keep the same MC and USDOT numbers. If you must apply for entirely new authority, you will receive new numbers and essentially start over as a new entrant.
